The petitioners participated in the recruitment process of the year 2009 conducted by the Malda DPSC. The writ petitioners approached this Court by way of WPA 9589 of 2015. The said writ petition was disposed of directing the counsel of the DPSC to take the petitioners' interview.

The present writ petition has been filed stating that despite interview, the petitioners' names were not recorded in the panel and marks were not awarded. 4.

Since, the present writ petition has been filed on 26.04.2024, the writ petitioners are entitled to the benefits of the order dated 26.04.2024 passed in WPA 25712 of 2022 (Md. Asiruddin and others Vs. State of

West Bengal and others) on the same terms and conditions.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
