1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a seven year old girl. Petitioner had subjected her to penetrative sexual assault. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
