Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this matter is covered by one judgement dated 02.09.2021 passed by this court in WPA 12002 of 2021. As the petitioner submits that similar order is required to be passed in this matter, I direct that the present writ application, being WPA 12233 of 2021 will be guided by the order dated 02.09.2021 passed in WPA 12002 of 2021.

With the above direction this writ application is disposed of.
