The complaint filed by the petitioner before the Serampore Municipality alleging unauthorized construction was taken up for consideration by the Municipality by conducting a hearing of all the parties. Grievance of the petitioner is that, the fate of the hearing has not been made known till date.

None represents the respondents.

Affidavit-of-service and the notice of upgradation filed in Court be retained with the records.

As it appears that the fate of the hearing is required to be communicated to the parties which has not been done despite the hearing being conducted in the month of April 2023, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Serampore Municipality to communicate the parties the fate of the hearing.

The decision shall be communicated at the earliest but positively within a fortnight from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
