In the order dated 03.05.2024 it has been inadvertently typed as "June, 2023". The correct date should be recorded as "June, 2024". Accordingly, the last sentence of the second paragraph in the first page of the order dated 03.05.2024 would read as follows:

"Learned Magistrate in seisin of the matter would ensure that in ten equal monthly installments on and from June, 2024 whole of the arrears are cleared in connection with Misc. Case No.73 of 2021."

This may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 03.05.2024. Rest of the order would remain unaltered. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in the order dated 03.05.2024.
