A report has been submitted on behalf of the State which reflects that in connection with the aforesaid case, the police authorities have already submitted charge-sheet before the learned jurisdictional Court on or about 31.05.2025.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 6 and 7 is present.

Having considered that the chargesheet has already been submitted before the learned jurisdictional court, the petitioners are granted liberty to ventilate their grievances before the jurisdictional court which is already in seisin of Haridevpur PS Case No. 289 of 2025 dated 01.05.2025.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11696 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
