Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner DL-8 11.08.2023 Court No.654 (AD) submits that the instant revisional application has emanated out of matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and the opposite party. He submits that the matrimonial disputes between the parties have come to an end.

Therefore, nothing remains in the present revisional application and the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, CO 1012 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
