This is an application for condonation of delay of 214 days in filing the restoration application, being CAN 1 of 2023.

Perused the grounds. Such grounds are found to be sufficient.

In the circumstances, the delay in filing of the restoration application is condoned and CAN 1 of 2023 is taken on board.

CAN 2 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

In Re: CAN 1 of 2023 This is an application for recalling of an order dated February 9, 2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court and restoration of WPA 9665 of 2015.

Perused the grounds. Such grounds are found to be sufficient.

In the circumstances, the order dated February 9, 2023 is recalled and WPA 9665 of 2015 is restored to its original file and number.

With the directions aforesaid, CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
