Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on earlier occasions considering the material on record. This Court is informed that ten out of twenty-seven witnesses have been examined so far.

Considering the material on record, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Learned trial Court should examine witnesses Nirnay Bhattacharjee (CSW-10) and Gobinda Hait (CSW-11) at the earliest.

The bail application is disposed of.
