The State Bank of India The present revision had been preferred against a judgement and order of conviction in a proceeding under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

An administrative notice was directed to be served upon the petitioner/convict. Report along with photo copy of the death certificate from the department has been received stating that the petitioner has expired on 23rd March, 2020. As such as there is no representation of any of the legal heirs of the petitioner who has expired, the present revision abates.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as abates. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
