Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the period of detention of the petitioner, the prayer for bail should be granted.

Learned counsel for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstance subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
