1. The petitioner inducted the bank as a tenant. For resolution of the contractual dispute between the landlord and the tenant, the petitioner seeks to invoke the writ jurisdiction.

2. The Court is of the opinion that such contractual disputes between the landlord and tenant cannot be decided by the Writ Court.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

4. It will, however, be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum in accordance with law, for remedy, if so advised.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
