Case No. 193 of 2020, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barrackpore. It appears that the said Misc. case was filed in the month of February, 2020. The opposite party has already entered appearance in the proceeding and filed his objection on February 17, 2021. The learned Magistrate in the Court below has fixed the matter on August 17, 2021, for taking evidence. It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that since the maintenance of a minor son has been prayed for in the said proceeding, hearing of the case should be concluded at the earliest.

This revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barrackpore,

to make an endeavour to decide the issue of granting interim maintenance as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from date.

Since this order will not prejudice the opposite party, the revisional application has been disposed of without giving notice to him.

The revisional application being C.R.R. 1543 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
