The petition has affirmed this application on 30th July, 2021. From the petition it appears that the petitioner has filed one representation to the School Service Commission ventilating her grievance which is at page 36 (Annexure - "P/7") of the writ application. I do not understand how after the order passed in Abhijit Ghosh's case being, W.P.A. 10789 of 2021 such a writ application can be filed. The petitioner has already taken steps in terms of order passed in the above writ application and appeal therefrom.

Hence the writ application is wholly without any merit and the same is dismissed.
