It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner, that the charge sheet has been filed in this case against the opposite party no. 2.

The present revisional application is bereft of any pleading, justifying further investigation of the case. The revisional application being C.R.R. 1545 of 2021 is, therefore, dismissed.

However, the de-facto complainant/petitioner will be at liberty to approach the learned Sessions Judge in the Court below for further investigation, if she is so advised. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
