Case No. 208 of 2020 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Barrackpore. It appears that the wife/petitioner filed the said Misc. case in the month of March, 2020. The husband/opposite party has already entered appearance in the proceeding and a direction was passed by the learned Magistrate for filing the written objection. It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the prayer for interim maintenance of the wife/petitioner should be decided at the earliest. This revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Barrackpore, to make an endeavour to decide the prayer for granting interim

maintenance as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from date.

Since this order will not prejudice the opposite party, the revisional application has been disposed of without giving notice to him.

The revisional application being C.R.R. 1544 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
