Although the instant writ petition was filed, inter alia, praying for direction upon the respondent No. 3 to take steps for recovery of the loan sanctioned in favour of the respondent No. 8, however, since the learned advocate representing the petitioner by placing before this Court the communication dated 9th June, 2025 would submit that the entire loan amount along with interest has been liquidated, I am of the view, nothing survives in the present writ petition and accordingly let the same stand disposed of.
