By filing this revisional application under Section Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Chanchal, Malda in Complaint Case No. 806 of 2017.

By the said order, the learned Magistrate directed the Officer-in-Charge, Ratua P.S. to treat the complaint as F.I.R.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency, this Court finds that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant matter. 6.
Accordingly, CRR 1655 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, be vacated.
8.
In view of the above, connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
9.
Let a copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to the learned trial Court below for information and taking necessary action.
10.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
