1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is involved in trafficking an infant for valuable consideration. Bail was granted to the childless couple who had taken the infant from co-accused including the petitioner. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
