Report filed on behalf of the State with regard to the death of the sole petitioner, namely, Md. Safi @ Tolu @ Md. Saif along with a copy of death certificate are kept with the record.

On perusal of the report, it appears that the sole petitioner, namely, Md. Safi @ Tolu @ Md. Saif died on 27th October, 2018.

In view of the facts as aforesaid, no further relief can be granted to the petitioner in this revisional application as the case gets abetted.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant revisional application shall stand disposed of.

5.

In view of disposal of the main revisional application, the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2018 shall also stand disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Court below for information.
