The letter is sent by the President of the Managing Committee of the concerned Institution. The letter is kept on record. Since nothing further remains of the contempt proceedings, CPAN 52 of 2021 is disposed of.

Learned counsel also informs the Court that the petitioner has also joined the School as would be

evident from the letter written by the petitioner dated 12.07.2022 which is also kept on record.
