Mr. Sarosij Dasgupta Mr. Bikramjit Mandal ... for the petitioners This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the complainant praying for a direction upon the West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority to consider the prayer of the petitioner for revocation of the registration of the project ((Crown) expeditiously.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that hearing of such application is fixed on 22nd July, 2025.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the Regulatory Authority. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the West Bengal Real

Estate Regulatory Authority is directed to take up the hearing of the application filed by the petitioner which is appearing at page 51 of this civil revisional application on the next date fixed i.e. on 22nd July, 2025 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably by the end of the month of August, 2025 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. With the above observations and directions, C.O. 1823 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
