This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against non-consideration and sitting over the representation dated 5th March, 2019 of the petitioner making prayer for reconsideration of the rejection order and consider her candidature for appointment in the post of Head Mistress.

Considering the submission of the petitioner this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, being the respondent no. 4, to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 5th March, 2019 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
