A Title Suit being TS 196 of 2024 has been preferred at the behest of the private respondents. Another Title Suit being TS 123 of 2024 has also been initiated at the behest of the private respondents. A status quo order have been passed on or about 11.06.2024 by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Katwa, Purba Bardhaman.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been resisted by the Civic Volunteers of Katwa Police Station from raising construction in respect of his dwelling house.

Since the learned Civil Court is already in seisin of the issues, I am of the view that the nature of the dispute complained of is between the two private parties.

If there has been interference by the police authorities, the petitioner would take out an appropriate application before the learned Civil Court already in seisin of the civil case, no further interference is called for by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11594 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
