Mr. Bhattacherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant has taken out CRAN 5 of 2023 for recalling the order dated 11.04.2023 passed by this Court in the present revisional application. There are other prayers also advanced by the petitioner on consideration of the order dated 11.04.2023.

I find that the same was passed on merits and any recalling of the order would be an impediment of Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly the application being CRAN 5 of 2023 is dismissed.

If the petitioner is entitled to any statutory remedies, the order dated 11.04.2023 will not debar the petitioner from taking such steps.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
