Learned advocate for the State is present and has produced the Case Diary.

I have considered the complicity of the present petitioner in respect of the alleged offence so far as the prosecution's case is concerned and it is reflected that the petitioner has been identified in the T.I. parade and cash has been recovered from his house.

Having considered the aforesaid, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 497 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. CD be returned to the learned advocate for the State.
