1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks family pension as a widowed daughter of Late Anadi Ranjan Dey. The petitioner was married to Amal Kumar De, who died on 3rd October, 2006. Her father received pension until 4th June, 2008 when he died. The petitioner's mother, namely, Manoka Rani Dey received pension until 15th August, 2018 when she died. The petitioner's sister has affirmed an affidavit of no objection if the petitioner received pension. Her other brothers and sisters have also issued no objection on 31st August, 2023.

3. In those circumstances, in view of the decision of the Full Bench of this Court passed in M.A.T. No. 1518 of 2019 (The State of West Bengal & Ors. -Vs. - Sabita Roy), the petitioner shall be entitled to family pension as a widowed daughter of Late Anadi Ranjan Dey.

4. Let a Pension Payment Order be issued to the petitioner and the pension be paid to her prospectively

within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with this writ petition.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
