By filing this revisional application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of the charge sheet No. 483/2017 dated 31.07.2017 for alleging commission of offence punishable under Sections 406/417/420/506 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sankrail Police Station Case No. 461/17 dated 07.06.2017 (G.R. No. 3478/2017). 4.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency, this Court finds that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant matter. 5.

Accordingly, CRR 1674 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, be vacated.

In view of the above, connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to the learned trial Court below for information and taking necessary action.
