The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that since after the Head of the Institution forwarded the petitioner's application for transfer to the Office of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Burdwan on 3rd March, 2022 and there has been no movement at the office of the later.
In those circumstances, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Burdwan to take a decision in accordance with law with regard to the petitioner's application and dispose of the same within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order mandatorily and positively.
Upon transfer of the petitioner, if allowed, in terms of the Rules, the respondents shall post a suitable number of teacher/teachers in the School as per the later requirement.
There will be no order as to costs.
