An exception has been filed to the compliance report filed by the Corporation.

On a perusal of the affidavit-of-compliance it appears that the order of the Court has been substantially complied with.

The petitioner apprehends that as the columns of the unauthorised structure are still standing, the persons responsible may again make unauthorised construction.

In the event the apprehension of the petitioner turns out to be true, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
