The writ petitioner originally prayed for release of the matter citing urgency.

The issue is with regard to the alleged illegal encroachment by the private respondents on the PWD land that has the effect of blocking the ingress and egress into the writ petitioner's land.

In that view of the matter, upon due notice to all affected parties, including the private respondents, the Executive Engineer, P.W.D., being respondent No.4, shall consider the representation of the writ petitioner annexed at page 43, annexure 'P-4' of the writ petition, and shall pass a suitable order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
