By this writ petition, the writ petitioner sought for cancellation of notifications dated 22.02.2010 and 29.3.2010 whereby prayer was made to cancel the selection process initiated to fill up the post of Doctor under the Ayush Scheme and seeking a direction to appoint the petitioner in that post. The initiative was taken to fill up this post in the year 2010.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
