Petitioner approached this Court pursuant to directions passed by the civil court in Title Suit No.36 of 2024 and being aggrieved by non-implementation of the order of the civil court.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Samrat Paul, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the contents of the writ petition and I am of the view that since the remedies are available under the Civil Procedure Code, petitioner would better approach the concerned jurisdictional civil court for appropriate remedies. Police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and tranquility because of the dispute and difference between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12554 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
