And In Re : Kazi Iliyas ..... petitioner Mr. Soumya Banerjee ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury Mr. Mainak Gupta ... for the State Statements of the witnesses prima facie implicate the petitioner in the murder. His bail prayer was rejected earlier in March, 2022. There is no change in circumstances since then. In view of the aforesaid facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
