Present petition has been filed by the petitioner raising the grievances that his application dated 21st February, 2025 under Section 151 of CPC for grant of police assistance is pending disposal. Learned counsel seeks direction for the expeditious disposal of the said application. 2.

The application is fixed for 27th June, 2025. Let the learned Trial Court decide the application under Section 151 CPC dated 21st February, 2025, on 27th June, 2025 or on any further date fixed with the convenience of both the parties after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard. 3.

In view of this observation, the petition stands disposed of.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no

expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case.
