Petitioners have challenged the proceedings being M/SEM Case No. 68 of 2024 dated 19-09-2024 which arose out of Kasba P. S Case No. 09 of 2023 dated 17-02-2024 under Section 107 CrPC. I have considered the report prepared by the Additional Officer-in-Charge, Kasba PS dated 18-02-2024 as also the order passed on 19th February, 2024. Prima facie, I am of the view that the points so canvassed in the revisional application are to be addressed before the learned Executive Magistrate. Accordingly, I grant liberty to the petitioners to canvass all the points in course of the enquiry before the learned Executive Magistrate. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional being CRR 1839 of 2024 is disposed of.
