Contemnor no. 5, namely, Sridhar Pramanik, District Inspector of Secondary Education, Purba Burdwan and Contemnor no. 6, namely, Bama Charan Bhattacharya, the Teacher-in-Charge, Nurkona High School are present in Court in terms of order dated July 5, 2022.

The respondent no. 4 is not present in spite of specific order passed by this Court.

The respondent no. 6 submits that he requires sometime to release the payment of the petitioner and undertake before this Court that the respondent no. 6 will release the Hon's Graduate Scale of Pay of Rs. 4,700/-, under ROPA 2009 along with arrears in terms of the order

passed by this Court in the salary of the petitioner from the month of September 2022.

The respondent no. 5 submits that within two weeks the respondent no. 5 will submit the total calculation of the arrears entitled by the petitioner under the Hon's Graduate Scale of Pay till date to the respondent no. 6. As per the undertaking given by the contemnors, the case is fixed on September 6, 2022 at 2.00 P.M. In the meantime, the alleged contemnors are directed to comply with the order passed by this Court by releasing the Hon's Graduate Scale of Pay along with the arrears of the said scale in favour of the petitioner and to file compliance report on the date fixed. The respondent nos. 5 and 6 are directed to appear before the Hon'ble Court in-person on the date fixed. (Krishna Rao, J.)
