The prayer in the petition is in respect of certain alleged encroachments by the respondent No.7 and a direction has been sought to remove it.

The submission of learned counsel for the respondent No.7 is that a Title Suit in respect of the land in question is pending.

Be that as it may, since no one has come forward to prosecute this petition, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
