(name not supplied.) The respondent nos. 5 to 8 have categorically submitted before this court through their learned advocate that they belong to the same community as the petitioner who is a teacher in the madrasah and the allegation that they are trying to close down the said madrasah is false.

Records do not reveal that the petitioner had filed any written complaint before the Officer-incharge, Jagatballavpur Police Station. If the petitioner approaches the police authorities with any specific complaint, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law upon hearing the petitioner as also the respondent nos. 5 to 8.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
