Mr. Priyankar Ganguly .....for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Ray Choudhury .....for the State The matter has come up in the list at the behest of the petitioner for correction of a typographical error present at the second line of the order dated 16.11.2021 passed in this case by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Hon'ble Judge (Justice Tirthankar Ghosh) who had passed the order, is away to hold circuit and would not be available till 6th of December, 2021. However, there was a direction passed upon the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial court by 10th of December, 2021.

In such exigent circumstances, as indicated by the learned counsels of both the petitioner and the State, this Court takes up this matter for consideration. At the second line of the said order dated 16.11.2021, instead of the date mentioned as '7.2.2020', it should actually read as '17.2.2020'.

The above noted inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 16.11.2021 shall

always be read conjointly with this order.
