As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Neelam Singh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The petitioner has approached this Court as the police authorities did not consider her representation. I find from the records of the case that number of litigations were instituted and an information was furnished on or about 26.04.2023 to the Inspector-in-Charge, Panskura Police Station. The main grievance of the petitioner is that repeatedly the petitioner and her family members are being harassed, heckled and they are feeling insecure consequent to the action of the private respondents.

Having regard to the fact that more than two years have passed since the last of the representation dated 26.04.2023 was addressed to the concerned police station, I am of the view that if the petitioner faces similar inconveniences, she would file a fresh representation before the Inspector-in-Charge, Panskura Police Station. The

concerned police station would take steps on receipt of the representation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11686 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
