..... petitioner Mr. Sabir Ahmed Mr. Gouranga Kumar Das Mr. Sandip Kumar Mondal .... for the petitioner Ms. Baisali Basu .... for the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since two years without any trial and that the charge-sheet has been submitted and date is fixed for charge and there is no chance for expeditious trial in future. We have heard the learned advocate appearing for the State and considered the material in case diary wherefrom involvement of the accused transpires in respect of grievous offence under POCSO Act. Therefore, we are not inclined to grant bail. Therefore, prayer for bail being CRM 5083 of 2021 is rejected.

However, considering the period of long detention, learned Special Judge is requested to undertake the trial as

expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from date.
