And In the matter of : Samirul Mondal @ Rahul @ Somirul ...... petitioner Mr. Ali Ahsan Alamgir, Ms. Soma Mal, Ms. Rabia Khatoon ....for the petitioner Mr. Joydeep Roy, Mr. Amanul Islam ....for the State Police filed charge-sheet and thereafter a supplementary charge-sheet.

Two charge-sheets read together involve Arms Act. Petitioner stands implicated in the offence alleged. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 2000 of 2023 is rejected.
