Mr. Debabrata Roy, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the charge-sheet in G.R.Case No. 3823 of 2013 has been submitted and the present petitioners are not willing to proceed with the instant criminal revisional application. The criminal revisional application being C.R.R. 1083 of 2014 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
