It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim-housewife who states that the petitioner and the husband of the victim kicked her in the abdomen. Medical papers disclose a case of abortion. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
