Considering the serious nature of allegation that the victim was pushed from the roof of the house by the petitioner, the statement given by the victim before the learned Magistrate and the injury report showing fracture injury on legs, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 1747 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
