Abdur Rahim, learned advocate led by Mr. Ujjal Ray, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, from the Minute dated May 10, 2023 it would be evident that, the grievance of the writ petitioner stood completely redressed. The writ petitioner has no further grievance in this writ petition to pursue. In view of the above, this writ petition WPA 10877 of 2022 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
