This matter has come up in the list at the instance of the petitioner since certain typographical errors have crept in the order dated 7th July, 2025.

Mr. Patra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, has correctly pointed out that in the second and third line of the first paragraph and in the third and fourth line of the second paragraph and also in the last line of paragraph no. 2 of that order, the 'Additional District Sub-Registrar, Contai-I' has been erroneously written in place and stead of 'Additional District Sub-Registrar, Contai-II.' 3.

The mistakes are typographical and their correction is ministerial in nature.

Let the order dated 7th July, 2025 be corrected accordingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 7th July, 2025.
