Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of transfer to the new school of her choice has been issued and she has also been released by the earlier school.

In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is of the view that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

The service records of the petitioner shall be transferred by the head of the institution of the Panchla Azeem Moazzam High School to the head of the institution of the Sarangabad High School, positively and mandatorily within a period of two weeks from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

In view of the above, CAN 1 of 2022 shall also stand disposed of with liberty to the school to apply before the authorities for a teacher to fill the vacancy left behind by the petitioner's transfer in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
