The petitioner seeks relaxation of bail condition imposed upon him vide order passed on 9th May, 2024.

By the said order the petitioner was granted bail by this Court subject to condition that the petitioner would meet the Investigating Officer of the case once in every ten days until complaint was filed. It is submitted that the complaint is yet to be filed. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the bail condition has been complied with by the petitioner and there is no adverse report against him.

In view of the above, the bail condition be relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a month till submission of the complaint.
